Post Board
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of Post Board. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and all applicable laws.
Accounts and invitations
Post Board accounts are created through authorized invitations or other approved access. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Workspaces and permissions
Workspace owners and administrators control membership, project access, roles, and permissions. Your ability to view or change content depends on those settings. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or use another person’s account.
Acceptable use and content
You may use Post Board to organize legitimate work and collaboration. Do not use it to violate the law, infringe rights, distribute harmful code, harass people, interfere with the service, or access information you are not authorized to access. You retain responsibility for content you submit and must have the rights needed to share it with your workspace.
Service availability
We work to keep Post Board reliable, but the service may change, be temporarily unavailable, or depend on third-party providers. We may maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
Termination
You may stop using Post Board at any time. A workspace owner or administrator may remove access under the workspace’s policies. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms.
Disclaimers and contact
Post Board is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of the service. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@adroit360.com.
